It’s always nice to come to this location, workers are so nice and hopeful. Good customer service. It’s one of my favorite stores to come.

I waited for a long time to be helped. No staff member greeted me upon entering, asked how I could be helped, or asked me to wait. A staff member was available and did not say anything to me as I waited. I approached the staff member and asked for help and she said that another staff would help me. A few minutes later, someone walked in the store and the staff member who refused to help me when I asked for help, procedeed to help the person who walked into the store. The selection of charms and other jewelry was very limited and the person who eventually helped me had to keep asking another worker for help.
As soon I walked into the pandora store, the saleswoman approached me immediately to help me. She was very welcoming and understand the issue I had with my ring and patiently waited while I was looking at new rings. She also assisted my friend in ring sizing and was more than happy to help us find exactly what we needed.
Rebecca was very polite and respectful when addressing me. She made suggestions based on my wants. Check out was quick and easy.
The associate was free friendly and patient with, helped me take my time to find what I wanted.
I have the snake bracelet but wanted to get the bangle bracelet. I love the bangle.
