This is my first Pandora bracelet everything was good however after shopping in the mall. I noticed the bracelet I chose was pulling my hair. I was uncomfortable but I came back and they replaced my bracelet to a bangle which is so much better with no additional cost. This is so much better. Thank you Phillip for helping me.

I was very satisfied with Susanna and Kennedy, they were very polite and attended me and my needs, they also left me wanting to apply for the credit card since they pointed out I do shop at pandora a lot, everytime I come in here they tend me with high profession and always help me out in a fast manner, they are the best experience I have ever had at a retail store. I definitely decided to do this review because of how moved I was, I will definitely continue to shop at this location with them.
The sales person was extremely disrespectful and rude! I asked for the manager and told me no one was available. Someone showed and was screaming and yelling at me as well! Wanted to cancel my order but was in a hurry to catch my flight.
