My experience was good but yesterday it was busy in the store, I had to wait for a sales person .. I was patient, and understand the importance of customers, that is the reason for "not highly satisfied"
My sales associate was incredibly friendly with lovely conversation all while finding the perfect item that I was looking for. She helped narrow down from multiple styles to something that fit my need exactly.
I think it’s a great store. Maybe I went on a busy day. There were lots of staff working, 4 I think, but I still had to wait 20-25 minutes before being helped.
