The sales associate Ayesha was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to provide exceptional service and based on her recommendation we bought the ring she suggested.
The store was very clean and sparkling looking.there were 2 clerks who were super nice to myself and my daughter.they had quite a bit of patience with us as we weren't quite sure what size f bracelet to buy.
Febe was very polite and helpful, she even cleaned the ring I brought in to match with. We found one that paired very well
The price was right and staff was nice.
The sales lady was professional and patient. She was very knowledgeable about the products. She was also very knowledgeable about the promotions.
I have purchased one time on line but today's purchase was in store with my daughter. My expectations of service for this store was not meet. I thought the sales associate could have been more friendlier. When asked to see certain charms, we were only given them to view through glass. I thought it was unkind to let us see them on top of the counter. We were the only ones in the store, and there were two the sales associate, and we weren't planning to globber all over the charms, so I though that inappropriate. I was just expecting a better feel. I plan to in future to do online only.
I love coming into the Kingston, Ontario Pandora store. Most of the times I come in I am helped by Febe, she remembers who I am and what she has sold me before, she always makes sure that the items I am purchasing get cleaned if needed before I leave. Febe is an excellent sales woman and I always leave the store happy and excited after dealing with her.
I walked in, was greeted with pleasantly and was able to move about freely. Store is spotlessly clean. Everyone was polite. Salesperson was very pleasant and very knowledgeable... this made for a wonderful experience. I will be back...unfortunately I don't live in the City with a Pandora store. I have 1+ hour drive one way to visit the shop.
Because the sales person was knowledgable, provided suggestions, and she was gracious and friendly at all times.
the Black friday queue outside the store was not monitored by staff so there were others who tried to jump the queue. Confusing. slightly tired of standing/waiting and annoyed.
