I was just casually visited Markville Mall Pandora yesterday, saw there's promotion, and went to the store and had a walk, I saw a classic ring that I have been looking for a while, and they have my size, it was awesome, the sales lady did not give me any attitude of I was just getting a $40.00 ring, then I asked her about bracelet, even it was almost closing store time, she still explained to me very detail, and with telling me the promotion, end up, I got my favorite ring and new bracelet home, thank you so much, and I will definitely visit this location again.

I was happy that I was able to get assistance right away from a representative. (Usually it takes a while before someone can help me)I did not like that the sales representative (Rajbir D) was showing me items then telling me it's sold out. I was annoyed that I was liking those charms. Later, I finally decided on one but asked her to put it on a bracelet so I can fully see if it matches. After she puts it on, she tells me that it does not go directly on the clasp. I asked for a clip charm that goes directly on it, so clearly she did not present me with the ones I was interested in. She also mentioned price a lot. I do not know if she was saying that based off of how I look. I did not once mention that I was on a budget - Once in a while I would ask how much the item was that she was showing me. Also, I wanted to see earrings, she gave me the book to select from instead of showing me them. I said what if I select one that's sold out, her response was not appealing. I do not know if she was tired or straight up rude. Then when she got to check out, I pulled on my receipts to use the 10$ off coupon and all of a sudden she is nice calling me "love". Would not return to her!!!
They were missing a lot of things that I wanted. Or weren't part of the sale. Harry Potter collection and Me collection. I went in with a list of 16 things. I only left with 47 weren't on sale, 5 they didn't have in store.
The uniqueness of designs, elegance of articles and it's display was quite helpful in my selection. Further staff assistance complemented the the process to end up swiftly.
The sales associate could not show pieces that were advertised in the website as they did not have stock. But Daphne helped me pick out a jewelery for a good friend. Thank you.
I usually shop at this Pandora the associates are friendly and helpful. I was happy they had the ring I purchased for a gift in stock. I will return again
