We were promptly assisted, upon arrival, and weren't expecting to purchase anything. we ultimately left with 3 bracelets because everything was so beautiful. My cousin and I were excited to start our first charm bracelets, and the staff that helped us, -Paulina being the one to get our charm bracelet started- was very friendly, helpful and kind. They had everything in stock that we were looking for and made it a good experience/memory for both of us while visiting from out of town. We are both excited to visit again!

My sales lady Rocio really listened to exactly what I was looking for for my niece who love Pirates of the Caribbean and she knew right where there was a Pirates of the Caribbean charm which is absolutely perfect!!! I also have troubles with my bracelet falling off and she showed me there are chains to keep the bracelet from falling and still keep the charms on as well!!! I haven’t worn it in so long and now I can comfortably wear it again!!! Thank you Rocio!!!
