The staff was amazing!!! Great customer service, friendly as well. I felt so comfortable with my sales associate, she is very knowledgeable and took her time with me. Her new trainee was also very sweet, helpful, and did a great job assisting me as well. Thank you.

Associate seemed bothered and dismissive at times. I felt like she thought I couldn’t afford the merchandise in the store. I asked for the rose gold Daisy clips and she told me she didn’t have or came in the rose gold. Even though I had already browsed online and the website said they were available for pick within hours at that store. I just felt like she was trying to rush through me to get to other customers. I had planned on spending more than what I actually did. But, she either wasn’t aware, or didn’t care to help with the items I was looking for.
1-I went in for the sale yet the butterfly bracelet was not Ava then when I thought about buying a lil more to get the rose gold same thing not available 2- Jasmine was wonderful but the person at the door didn’t have a welcoming happy feeling to her nor did other workers I would ask Jasmine and she would ask others to be certain of the out of stock and they would answer back with an attitude as if it bother them/her Jasmine asking them
The salesperson was not knowledgeable about the availability of the merchandise. He did not offer any expert advice. The salesperson's service was so dry, to the point where he made me feel uncomfortable. I felt not liked by this person. Lastly, there was a special offer that the salesperson did not inform me about.
