Alejandra C was extremely knowledgeable. She was very friendly. I had expressed to her that I went to Pandora in Paris and that over there they told me that the only way I can get a Disney Paris charm was in Disneyland, Paris then she quickly showed me the charm with the Eiffel tower and Minnie mouse, and that made my day. I was so happy that she showed me the charm, and I left the store extremely happy. She was also very helpful helping me arrange my charms and she was very patient with me because she was teaching me how to clasp the bracelet on with my left hand, so she was extremely helpful. The manager at the store was also very helpful and the other ladies that were with them were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely returned to that store.

We went in looking for the engraving. The website was not specific on only certain locations having it. The sales associate was able to let us know which locations did do it.

the associate monique is extremely rude and not fit for this job. we walked into the store and she did not welcome us. i already knew which item I wanted because i had browsed online. she stared at us and when i asked to see a charm she rolled her eyes and threw it on the counter. i asked if i could try it on my bracelet and she said nothing and just tossed the charm to me. i was happy that the item i wanted was in stock but i will not return to this location because i didn’t feel comfortable at all. she made me feel like a burden when i asked very few questions and was very kind to her. we were the only customers in the store and she didn’t at all acknowledge us.
Love the store sales associate spoke Spanish which was great and overall I had a great visit at this Pandora location
