I was told an item was out of stock, But when another customer asked about it they actually had it in stock. An associate looked at me and declined to work with me she asked another African American associate to help me. I felt out of place and unwanted in the store.
The items I wanted to purchase were either sold out, or discontinued. In addition, many on the charms were marked higher than the actual website.
Somethings just didn't take presidence over other things.
The sales associate seems to be in a rush and was not letting me admire the charms .
