I was highly satisfied with my purchase because it was something I’ve been wanting for a while now.The sales associate was very nice and understanding with me .I rate my overall visit a ten out of ten.
All the sales representatives was awesome. I went from feeling like a customer to a valued friend. They all made sure I wad happy with my purchase from beginning to the end.

As soon as I stepped into the store I was greeted by 3 employees. The employees were in good spirits and didn’t mind small talk before getting into business talk. Since this was my first time dealing with pandora, Amy was enthusiastic to show me what all they have to offer and was quick to get me the items I desired as well as answer questions I had about the bracelet I wanted. She also shown me some items that I was curious about from looking online and allowed me to look at her personal charms. It was a great experience that I was not expecting and I’ll happily go back to purchase more items.
I was welcomed and greeted as soon as I walked into the store. After I was greeted, the sales associate asked what I wanted and gave me several options. Then, she helped me pick out multiple charms.
The wait was kind of long. I was able to get my bracelet cleaned.
The sales person was very nice and mannerable. She was very patient and assisted me in whatever I needed.
Persian was a great help to me in store. I ended up making two separate purchases working with her because I found something else I liked after she had already assisted me.
