I previously purchased a gift set for my daughter. She lost it and was very upset since she loved it. You no longer carry the set. However, you do have the individual items. I explained to Samantha what happened and what I needed. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about your product and inventory. She located the earrings and necklace within minutes. She is awesome and definitely a sales asset to Pandora.

My mom gave me a silver crown ring as a gift last year. The jewels on the ring keep falling out no matter how hard I try to keep it safe. I never sleep, shower, or work with my rings on so I can’t understand why it keeps breaking. The store in Manchester NH told me that the next time I went to the store that I could exchange it for a different ring. I went to Newington last night which was the 4th time I have had to exchange the ring. The man blamed me and said that if I have had to exchange it 4 times that I don’t take proper care of my jewelry. Like I previously mentioned, I do not sleep shower or work with my rings on. I would like to be able to get a ring for the same price that won’t keep breaking.
No experience is perfect. I knew what I wanted so didn’t need much assistance.
Store manager Kurt was awesome. He helped me right away. He suggested sale items as I was on a budget but still wanted something special.
Sales associate was very pleasant, she knew exactly what I was looking for, she had a smile the whole time she was helping me.
