Speed of service and associate knowledge about products
The sales lady helped me a lot picking out a good gift for my mother for her birthday. And she was very nice and the store is very well ran. I felt comfortable when I walked in there and got the guarantee service.
My salesperson was extremely helpful and polite but gave me that personal touch of what I needed to find for my 70th march birthday for myself. I felt like she knew me personally.And that made me feel to trust her with her decisions and everything she showed me i loved and was perfect just for me. So I bought everything. I love my bracelet. She’s a keeper.
The sales associate (Joseline) wich speak Spanish like us) was really moody, the 3 employees were busy at my arrival, one with a customer and the other 2 with inventory or cleaning, never give us a greeting, when the supervisor or manager told to help us she never speak to us, we just point at the bracelet and she went to get it, the first one was tight and my husband ask her you speak Spanish is tight and she never reply and change it, he start asking questions about the product and she was not informative or explain to us! No profesional or give us the right service for the purchase. We bought the bracelet and leave not even and charm or extra product because I was really disappointed with the service. The only thing by our request was that the product is a gold bath(no real gold) and that have 1 year warranty by manufacturer.
There were only 2 associates working and the wait time for service was very long
The reason why i wasn't highly satisified is because alot ogf the items i wanted they didn't have in stock at this location.
