Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgable and helped us to decide on our purchase.
The sales associate was extremely friendly not pushy. She was very patient as I tried several things on. The store became very busy but never did I feel rushed.
I was able to get everything I needed and she spent time helping us I was not rushed
Nicole was great very friendly and engaging.
The associate helping us was being trained by another associate. So our experience was hands on from both associates, she asked questions for the best way to help us.
Salesperson Yanira was very pleasant, helpful, and was very helpful in helping me select and purchase a clash so that I won’t lose anymore of my charms such as the football and crib.

I ordered online and when I get to willow grove to pick up the order it wasn’t complete. I had have them correct the order which is always a problem in this store. While I waited about 20 minutes to get the order fixed and ready to go I saw a necklace I wanted to purchase and clips. I explained what bracelet I wanted the charms for and picked them out. And of course I was sold the wrong charms and had to go to another store to return and get the right clips. Not only that the manager in willow is extremely discourteous. Her attitude and unwillingness to help is offensive. This will be the last time I shop with this store. She is the same manager that told me that the store does not take returns with a receipt within a year if the merchandise is bent or broken they only take returns for missing stones. The service is always extremely slow with no greetings just attitude. Just a unpleasant place to shop!
