I received an email regarding the new Game of Thrones collection, which I believe to be Pandora's best collaboration collection, and wanted to see the items in person. I went to the Pandora store in Garden State mall. As it was a weekday, I was lucky enough to be helped immediately. The associate, Melissa M., helped me with every item I wanted to look at and try. She also gave me detail regarding each piece. I decided on the "Game of Thrones Dragon Sparkling Ring" and have been satisfied with my purchase since. Melissa also made the purchase process quick and easy. I would also like to mention the last experience I had at the store was incredibly negatived and led me to file a complaint and I didn't plan to return but this positive experience has made me want to return soon to purchase more.

I arrive at store #218123 at 20:37 waited on line until I was helped at 21:07 by associate 245087 And had asked the manager that night if she could have someone else help me to what she replied “ no I do not have anybody else to help you “ I did not feel welcome after I had made a purchased on September 12/2023 at store # 218212 with an nice associate who help me in a very nice way but tonight at this store I just wanted to returned one item .I had to ask the manager to override a small returned and ended up making the purchased at the Macy’s pandora with Salome a very pleasantAssociate .When I was leaving the store where they did not make me feel welcome I saw how they both were talking to eachother and i replied I can see you thru the glass . This store #218123 and the associates who work there do not like their jobs and they do not represent the Pandora Brand the way they should .I will not go back to that store not will I recommend this store to anyone
I was highly satisfied because the worker helped me with finding the right size bracelet. She was a nice worker finding me charms. Also she assemble and packaged it beautiful.
This was my first time going to this pandora store and I loved it! The service, the location, the store, the merchandise, the sales associates was superb and ver very helpful. Melissa was the best! I would def come back and highly recommend coming to this Pandora store 🥰🥰🥰
Called the store to check on item availability, went into the store for item earlier said to have on hand to be met with the nastiest, laziest sales associate, then to be greeted by a different associate with the best customer service ever
