The Sales Associate, Judith was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient in assisting me during my first visit at Pandora.
When I first arrived in the store, I was ignored by the associates for about five-ten minutes. The only one who noticed me was the employee ringing someone up at the register. When she was finished ringing up the customer, she introduced herself as Leah and asked me if I was being helped. I showed her my list of items that I wanted to purchase. She asked me to hold on for a minute then she came and assisted me. She helped me pick out a bracelet and find all the charms I needed. Then she rang me up. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was very grateful.
The lady was very sweet and had a great attitude. She knew how to creat an enthusiastic conversation. She also was very patient and helpful.
They were really helpful in the exchange department and did everything they could to help me
