Honestly from the start I was very much greeted with so much respect, I was able to find everything I needed and was also told which they recommended for the gift which is amazing because they ended up enjoying it

When I initially walked into the store I looked for assistance and workers talking amongst themselves so I asked them for help but they didn’t stop talking to help me, another associate came to help me and with her services, Tanya, I was very satisfied because she was helpful and kind.

When I enter the store I was greeted politely. I was also asked what I was looking for, an I have shown the sales associate on my phone the item I was searching for, she had told me that the item was in stock. She told me that I had to wait for the next sales associate to attend me. After waiting a little over 35 minutes, the same sales associate that greeted me had attended me. She was polite and she shown me the item I had shown her in the beginning when I first enter the store. If she had attended me when I had shown her what I was searching for, I would of been out of there very sooner then I should have. Other then that, the deal was done I left being somewhat happy.

As soon as I walked into the store, associates were very welcoming. The associate helping me out recommended good items and when asked about certain ones, she showed that she knew about them.
