The sales associate was quick to greet and assist me and my mom. She was extremely friendly and helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. She informed me on what material the charms I was looking at were, which were the best in terms of quality and durability. I bought two Cinderella themed charms for my pandora bracelet and I absolutely love them and how they look. The employee that assisted me also was very helpful in filling out the credit card application. I’m very satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the jewelry and the store in general.
