The store was really busy, but our sales associate Cara was amazing. I told her it was my first time buying a pandora bracelet. She really took her time with me so i would build the perfect bracelet.
Grace and several staff members were knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly and attentive.

Right when I walked in the store, the associate had a very bad attitude. She said I didn’t know what I was talking about and was not happy with the selection I chose. I have NEVER been so disappointed and embarrassed at the customer service before. She definitely made me feel like I was a bother and not worthy enough to be helped.
They all seem to have like dual energy the lady I had looked so lost I rather went somewhere else
Loved the way the sales rep assisted my boyfriend and I during the transaction. She seemed happy to be there assisting others and it made our experience much better.
Customer service was great
for the most part I was highly satisfied. However I don't use that term frequently. I do like the product. I do recognize not all sales staff are as effective
