Taesha was just a pleasure! She was the absolute best associate I’ve ever had, not only in pandora but in any store I’ve ever visited. She was patient, bore with me throughout my purchase and was just the sweetest.
The sales associate was very knowledgable of the merchandise and the bracelet that I was inquiring about. Was very happy with the service. Although I wish the store had more charm selections would definitely visit again.
The customer service was MAGNIFICIENT!! There were three ladies on duty and they were all very friendly, welcoming and a delight to speak with. Tesia M. was the Manager on Duty; she is a STAR! Pandora's Ridgehill location is by far, my favorite!

They didn’t have a big selection. I didn’t know what i wanted and just wanted to see what they had so i could make a choice and she seemed frustrated that i didn’t know what to ask for. She showed me three half empty trays and that’s all i had to choose from .
