Leanne was most helpful. I had preordered earrings. When I saw them I realized they were larger hoops than I expected. Leanne did the return smoothly and quickly. I told her it was a gift for granddaughter's 18th birthday and she added some tissue paper to make the Pandora bag look more special
They don't rush you, not pushy, and very patient with me.

Barbara L was fantastic. She is a great manager & knows the importance of good customer service. Unfortunately, the systems were down & wouldn't let me pick up my order, but Barbara tried really hard to help me out. I ended up purchasing the item again in store & she was very apologetic about the process. Overall, a great experience due to Barbara.
