I was hoping to find a charm that reminded me of my trip to Hawaii, and was very happy with the turtle charm. Then I was thinking that it would be nice to buy a ring and found just the right one.
Great customer service,sales associate was very knowledgeable. Left the store feeling very satisfied.
The sales representative was very nice, and did not pressure me into buying anything, but when I was interested in buying some thing she had offered me her assistance right away
Upon entry into the story, the store employee was extremely welcoming and helpful. She showed me the different styles of jewerly that I would like and she took the time to explain in detail. I would definitely return to this location.

I've never been to Pandora before, I received a bracelet with a charm on it as a present a bit ago, and decided I wanted to go and look around. Saodat helped me while I was in the store, and even though I was taking a long time looking at things and choosing, she helped me the entire time. I'm on crutches so it wasn't easy to get around, but she was patient with me and helped me! She showed me a bunch of charms and helped me pick a few that I really liked and helped me coordinate them on the bracelet. My bracelet looks really nice! She explained about the different charms, and the clips/spacers, and the safety chains, etc. I didn't know much about Pandora's stuff so this was really helpful. She made really good reccomendations, too. I also decided to buy a ring, and Saodat showed me a bunch and helped me figure out my size, and showed me how I can coordinate rings together. I'm hoping to go back soon! Thanks Saodat <3
Sales lady was very helpful and polite. Lots of items to choose from and packaging Is always lovely when giving as a gift.
My experience with Pandora was so great as the store was very clean and I was greeted right away with a smile. I am very satisfied and over the moon happy to have bought a necklace and earrings to go with it. My mom is very worth it.
I knew what I wanted and the sales associate was very quick and Efficient on getting me what I was looking to buy. She also helped me by looking up the previous size I bought on my account as a gift for the same person because I could not remember. She was very friendly and very helpful. She had great customer service skills and made my shopping experience very easy.
