The sales lady was very friendly and helpful.
The sales person was very attentive and patient as I was making my purchase. She was helping my mom out at the same time. We left a bracelet to be cleaned and the girls added the new charms to the bracelet in the order we wanted.
I came to purchase certain charms and found the sales associate to be friendly and helpful.
I loved how as soon as I walked in karley assisted me. She helped me finding the right clip and telling me why it was the one I should get. My overall experience is that keep up the good work!
Overall a great experience at Pandora today, my sales associate Mackenzie was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I knew which bracelet I was looking for but she showed me various colours available and took the time to wrap the bracelet as it was a gift. Ive worked customer service for many years and Mackenzie was great, I cant think of anything that could have been done better!

Because of past experiences with exchanging an item after Christmas. Told not to go in store and stand on line to be served by only one person doing the returns and exchanges. Meanwhile other people that came to store were warmly invited in. At that time there were at least 4 employees gathered around waiting for "buyingCustomers" obviously unable to help those of us told to stand in one line outside store. Despicable business practise and I let the store manager know how I felt at that time. Bring back the personalized individual jewellers that offered a much more customer centric experience.
