Needed an special item, they said Mom, Son, and lady found right away?Found great bracelet, right away.Lady put the charms onto the bracelet, so I could see what it looked like, prior to purchase.I was there for a VERY EMOTIONAL reason, and staff were extremely supportive!

I was excited that the dream catcher charm was available at this store after calling multiple stores. Happy with the free bracelet promo and all the charms/pendants I wanted was all available. Pleased with the excellent customer service Shenille gave and her patience with me trying to find the perfect bracelet. Also, apprecited Shenille's knowledge and styling advice towards all the bracelets and colors. I will definitely come back to Shenille again for superb service and friendliness. Thanks!

I was served by Halina (she appeared to be the store manager).The store was empty, there were 3 sales associates there, I was the only customer.She seemed annoyed to even show me anything.... Just because I had my "summer mom clothes" on, I have LOTS of money to spend...I picked out my charm for my existing bracelet & I asked"can you clean my bracelet" (which didn't have ANY charms on it),she replied with "we don't do cleaning during promotions..... it might get busy" So they continue to put the new charm onto my dirty bracelet, & she says "I'll meet you over at the cash". She started ringing up my purchase & asked her employee to "just wipe the bracelet down". The cloth was dirty & used 100 times over. The bracelet was poorly "cleaned". What a joke!

The saleswoman was not very oriented to suggest me a good and nice collection. I must try by my self to choose the charms and I did not have enough experience.

The sales associate at this location was very knowledgeable. She pointed out something on two of the bracelets in my price point to make me aware of the differences which I had not noted on my own. She also showed me some new items that were in my price point which gave me an idea to make a purchase for another gift which I will be picking up today.
