I purchased a gold plated bracelet that was sold out everywhere else. Upon returning home, i realized the locket attached was scratched on the back! As it is for a gift, i was very disappointed. Was i sold a used return??

I was very satisfied with my purchase.I enjoyed my experience with the employee i met.She satisfied my needs but the atmosphere was not that great because all the employees were asking constently questions and were not letting me look at the items peacefuly.
Le service à la clientèle était excellent, j'avais trois vendeuses pour me servir car c'était super tranquille dans le magasin car il n'y avait pas de super promotion,autrement ça aurait été l'enfer. Ils ont même pris le temps de jaser avec moi de d'autres sujets que Pandora c'était agréable, car d'habitude les vendeuses rush souvent, elles ont été très gentilles et professionnelles.
