The store manager Brooke D assisted me with my purchase. She was very friendly, attentive, and even offered to clean my bracelet after I purchased new charms for it. The store was busy but she did not rush me and that made me feel important.
Shamira was highly knowledgeable and helped me through every step of the process. She is definitely one to have on your team. She was also the prettiest pandora employee I’ve ever come across.

I take great customer service extremely serious, I don’t take it for granted. My experience in the store was amazing. The store was closing, but the associate took her time and assisted me. She did not rush me out of the store.
