I was treated real good I loved the jewelry and price was not that high
I visited the Pandora Store in Orlando Florida the ladies and gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and gave great customer services I will be revisting that store again when I go back to Orlando Florida. Plus they had a buy two get one free sale the customer service representative was very kind and helpful to me.
No problems with this visit at all. However, I am dissatisfied with few pieces that I have and can't get them cleaned. They are tarnished pretty bad, a ring and two clips. I am being told because you no longer offer the cleaning service I would have to purchase the cleaning solution and then they will clean it for me. I know the pandemic has cause a lot to change but I feel as if a trial sample should have been given to the prior customers. I have invested a lot of money in Pandora and I don't feel as if this was thought out thoroughly to satisfy the customers.
I was assisted with friendliness and courtesy. The store was laid out beautifully. Loved the sale!!
I purchased a bracelet and the sales associate took a ball off the end of the bracelet and when I got home it was broke. They offered me no return or credit or my money back
I didn't like having to wait outside for over 10 mins and there were only 4 customers in the store, yet when I walked in 3 others came in the same time I did without having to wait. The selectio in the store is very limited and I did even get anything for my birthday ie coupon or something.

I was highly satisfied with my order . The assistance was great , order was fast . I had no problems I will continue to shop !
I always come to this local Pandora store. And on my last visit I was extremely satisfied & I like that Pandora is offering great deals
