Jennifer P was very friendly and knowledgeable. She seemed to know exactly what I needed and helped me to pick out more charms for my bracelet. I am very pleased with my purchase and this Pandora location. I will definitely return to this location so that Jennifer can assist me again.
I went in not knowing what I wanted for a 12yr old. The sales lady help me find something that wasn’t over the top. And I was able to get me something too.
When I first walked in I was greeted with a friendly “Hello, welcome to Pandora” AND it wasn’t forced. It was genuine. The associate/manager Jennifer quickly came over and helped me with picking out a ring I already knew I wanted. Didn’t have the size I wanted because I wanted to wear it on different fingers but the ring is so cute I went down half a size so I can just wear it on one finger. I like Pandora’s rings because they’re stackable and I can switch the rings for different fingers depending on mood and or outfit.
The customer service was outstanding. The clerk was friendly and knowledgeable and very patient with me.
I looked at a couple of items online. Went to the store. Sales associate found my item eith ease and was very friendly.
The items that I was looking for were in stock, however Georgia related charms are only available at other locations like Atlantic Station.The store is very cleanand usually not crowded, but appears small compared to other Pandora locations in Atlanta.They are very friendly, if a charm on the catalog is not available in store, they offer to order it and it get shipped to you. (I have done that in the past not on this visit)
The customers service representatives were not that engaging and I hate to start conversation with them to get my process started. The experience was just "blah"
