As soon as we entered, we were just looking around and staff members would greet us and ask us kindly if we needed help. In the process of purchasing the staff was making sure to give us the best overall choice. Even kindly waiting on me to show her a picture of the merchandise that i had in mind.

well when i arrived yes they were with other customers which is ok However when it was my turn i told her i had a limit to spend how ever she showed me supposedly was on clearance but from the price well a little more than expected. Then as i looked in the next showcase an noticed more charms at reasonable prices . however the sales person acted like she had did nothing wrong when i asked why didnt she offer those to me to choose from.

The staff were amazing. Went ring shopping and 2 lovely staff educated me on rings. Overall their determination to make my upcoming special moment well special really sits good with me.
