I was satisfied with my Pandora experience because I went into the store looking for more information on the Disney 100 bracelet and charm promotion. Associate 238690 was very knowledgeable about the material of the charms and bracelet, and told me more about the promotion.
They were very friendly and I love their jewelry’s!
My daughter and I just adore pandora. We are very disappointed that you don’t make rings for chubby women’s fingers.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. Had no idea what i wanted to buy, but thankfully the staff were so helpful in making my choice. Grateful for the help.
i always come here with either a desire of purchasing or resolving a problem and i always get greeted with a smile and kindness. i appreciate always having my problems solved or my purchases going through smoothly as an indecisive person i appreciate the patience also
My main reason for not being satisfied is the unfriendly behavior of Nancy. She was snippy and full of attitude with the way she spoke to me and also her overall interactions regarding question about the merchandise. The fact that I was buying my daughter a bracelet and a double heart charm with my toddler present is the only reason I didn't call her out on this. Even the way she placed the box in the bag and pretty much pushed/slid the charm to2ards me because we wanted to wear it out the store was so disrespectful. I have purchased other products here and was helped by Yessica who was friendly patient with incredible people skills. I think Nancy should be more aware of her body language and demeanor when interacting with customers. We are there because we love the products and support the vision on pandora. She should treat everyone with the same level of respect knowing that she is the face of the store and the product itself. Again only reason I didn't put her on blast was because there were a few otger customers in the store and I didn't wanted to make a scene that would also cause others to not leave with the same excitement they came in with.
The salesperson was rushed and appeared to be overwhelmed. She also gave me the wrong size bracelet which required a return visit to a different store the following day for an exchange. She also did not attempt to help me with or explain the concept of clip charms, briefly referring to them as “stoppers.” I also had an ID.me discount which she did not know how to apply.
I was satisfied because the workers were nice and knew what they were talking about. I liked how clean the store was and how quick the service was
