Yareli Rasquez at the summit location in Reno, NV was the absolute best today! she was so patient and helped me look at many different charm bracelet bands and charms. she answered every question i had very knowledgeably, friendly, and patiently. i left with a bracelet and charms that i absolutely love. please give this girl a raise :)

Maddy and Ilyssa are extremely knowledgeable about Pandora merchandise. Their customer service skills are to be copied by other employees its service such as this that makes me feel good about spending my hard earned money and they gave me my military discount also these two deserve a raise!!!!

Laura the store manager was quite rude and took the charm pillow out of my hand when I was only trying to wrap the ribbon back since I removed the charm. “Give me that”. Kept asking if I was finished when I was still looking. I was the only one in the store with my husband. My husband and I just got into town from Central America. She seemed very entitled, I also work at a pandora and this is not at all how a customer should be treated. The attitude of those workers needs to be checked. Only came to this pandora because the other one in town had run out of items. Should’ve just ordered online to pick up in store so I did not have to deal with the bad service.

Associates are not very friendly. I’m not sure if they were not wanting to speak to me in Spanish or just plain ignoring the language preference. Told me “adios” when I left but didn’t speak to me when I was with her. Was not even told about survey but I’ve been to the other pandora in town so I know about it.

Paola helped me out with finding what I wanted. Was super friendly and attentive and I was able to pick out the rings I really liked. Overall, had a lovely experience! :)
