Stephanie the saleswoman provided me with exceptional customer service. I shopped with my 2 sisters and we all made purchases. The staff was pleasant, professional and knowledge about the merchandise. We enjoyed our time shopping.

I was highly satisfied since they have followed what the CDC recommends by providing hand sanitizer at the door, have a limited about of people in the store at once, and kept the door open for airflow within the store, and had a walk plan around the room so it’s a one way kind of store. I also noticed the sales associate it’s who has helped me look at charms and rings, that she was sanitizing them after each one I looked at and touched and didn’t want. That was a great surprise to me, as I know none of the items prior to the pandemic were sanitized. I was impressed, and hope to find other Pandora stores are doing just that!

we asked for a certain ring..she showed it to us but it was size 6...she said that's the only size it came in..so we asked to see rings in size 8..well there were the rings we wanted in size 8! she didn't want to help us..highly unmotivated..maybe she had BLM problem
