Our Pandora location is always friendly & helpful. The suggestions the sales associate offers are always great. There isn't a time that I walk into Pandora without walking out with something beautiful. There are so many beautiful pieces to chose from. I love our Pandora store.
Sales associate was very welcoming, helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to locate it right away.
The sales associate gave me so many options to choose from. She seemed knowledgeable and very sweet. She was quick and the whole process was easy to pick out something I liked.
Store was very clean. Barriers were in place to aid with social distancing. Marie Q was very polite, personable, and professional.

I felt like it was a rushed experience. I wasn’t asked any questions to engage me in a sale. I ended up asking questions. They probably could’ve gotten more money out of me if they engaged.
When walking into the store sales associate appeared to already look like she did not want to help my friend and I. As we continued to look around to buy charms . It appeared like the sales associate was getting impatient and frustrated that I felt she was rolling her eyes. When it came to paying our bill was over $300 ( which was not the issue) the issue was that the sale associate wasn’t clear on explaining the sale which was 3 charms and a bracelet for $199. Moral of the story was a manager had to come and help finish our purchase.
All the jewels are beautiful, I really liked the attention of the saleswoman, I don't speak much English and she had the patience to understand each other in some moments we had to use the translator on my cell phone but that was not an impediment for her to advise me very well
Store refuses returns bought less than a month claiming they are not new. Store gives a hard time to process pickup orders. Not welcoming or friendly at all and very frustrating to the customer experience.
We were approached as soon as we entered the store. We were asked what we were looking for & the sales person who asked right away took us to the counter to help us. Sales person was very pleasant & helpful.
