Sales rep was patient with me as I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. She took her time with me, did not rush me. Helped me piece together some fine pieces. I was unaware of differences in bracelets & clips and she helped me with that too.
Pandora.com was out of stock on the Game of Thrones jewelry box. I was coming from out of town so I called this location and asked them to set aside the jewelry box and 4 GOT charms, which they gladly did. I drove there the same day I called and they had everything set aside and ready for me to purchase. They are very friendly and efficient. This is my go-to store when I'm looking for a hard to find item.
I did not say i was not highly satisfied. I was very satisfied with my visit. The store is very clean and all the jewelry is very nice.
Store felt very busy and cramped. there was not much room for customers to move without bumping into eachother. it felt hard to look at the items in store
I was very pleased with the selection and availability of sizes in rings. The girls working there were very pleasant and helpful.
The employees that us where really nice and helped us to get what we wanted and it was a great visit to pardon and they helped with picking the chrams we wanted
Overall staff was great . I just didn’t like how the bracelets where set to get “free” but you had to spend $135 before taxes etc.. so I will have to go back and get the other charm I really wanted . What I planned to spend today was $130 and get my free bracelet , other than that it was nice to purchase the aunt & niece charm to share with my niece
