I was very pleased with the selection and availability of sizes in rings. The girls working there were very pleasant and helpful.
The employees that us where really nice and helped us to get what we wanted and it was a great visit to pardon and they helped with picking the chrams we wanted
Overall staff was great . I just didn’t like how the bracelets where set to get “free” but you had to spend $135 before taxes etc.. so I will have to go back and get the other charm I really wanted . What I planned to spend today was $130 and get my free bracelet , other than that it was nice to purchase the aunt & niece charm to share with my niece

Nicole was such a sweetheart. As soon as I walked in the store she greeted me and ask if I was looking for anything in particular? I was looking for clip charms and she pretty much pulled out all the clips they had. As she was laying them in the tray she was telling me what the price of each clip was...which I thought was very nice! I will be back for sure!!
She cut my 150 dollar bracelet when I came in for a size exchange and charged me for the new one. I’m very upset because I didn’t plan on spending this money I want a reimbursement. She didn’t give me a cleaning after I asked and took forever to put the charms on while telling me some of my charms are fake when I bought them for another pandora.
Sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was pleasant and patient with me and answered all questions. The store was well equipped with merchandise as well.
