The service was excellent and very helpful. Explained each charm I asked about . Was very knowledgeable.
My sales associate, Danielle, was exceptional. Greeted me when we walked in. I told her what I wanted to look at and she immediately got cases out and started showing me selections. I wanted to see numerous charm bracelets and she knew exactly what I was describing and was able to get them quickly. She was extremely patient, friendly and professional.
I love the charms but wish you offered more 14k gold. I have started purchasing James Avery 14k gold charms.

Ardis, store manager, made certain to point out a special deal on charms (2 for $50) that allowed me to buy for myself and family members and friends. ALL of the ladies were professional, courteous, and extremely personable! I make it a point to come to the Hilton Head store, though I live in Savannah, and this is specifically because of the outstanding customer service that these ladies consistently give.
