The store manager Jane was a huge help! She was very friendly and professional. She took her time with us even when we came in 10 mins to close!
Very nice selection
The sales associates were wonderful. They were very helpful and extremely engaged. The selection in the store was quite extensive.
I was unfamiliar with Pandora. My granddaughter was graduating from college and I wanted to get her a special gift. I saw an add online and while in a mall decided to into a Pandora store. I was so impressed with the products and the sales people. Found the perfect gift for now as well as in the future!
Associates are always friendly but not overbearing.
They had a sign in board. It had 6 brackets and several charm. It said “bracelet + 3 charms $159. False advertising because one a couple of the bracelets on the board are actually included in the $159. Offer
The sales associate was so friendly and helpful. She gave me a lot of great advice about the charms and the new drops. She helped me pick the right charm to add to my bracelet!
Unfortunately they had less verity than I'm usually used to. Wish they could get more. However, I understand that I visited a relatively new store.
