Such friendly service!!

So it was my first time in a Pandora store. So I was clueless at what to expect. I was there to buy my daughter jewelry for her 18th birthday. Leyla was there to help me and she was GREAT!!! I told her I was looking for something with Princess on it. Unfortunately there was nothing available with Princess on it but she suggested some tiara rings. After I chose one, she recommended another ring with blue stones for September and they paired up beautifully. When my daughter opened her gift, SHE LOVED IT! She got many compliments on her rings, especially on the blue add on ring that Leyla recommended.

They greeted me with a smile very friendly and helpful make my experience very easy

Person on the floor immediately helped me as I walked into the store. Was able to get my purchase done within 5 minutes and then got to helping me friend.

Walked in to exchange a damaged charm that got damaged on the first wear during transaction Ayde G seemed to be annoyed to do return . While she did the transaction I asked if they had a ring that recently was on retiring list she said she was going to check but then didn’t and said they couldn’t show any rings because they were doing inventory during business hours but other customers were looking at jewelry.Then she said we don’t have any of those items we sent them out but not once did she offered other items or willing to show other items. I was looking to buy for my sisters birthday . Then when she exchanged my item she looks at me like why I’m still standing there when she didn’t even give me my item she put it back into the jewelry tray. Just a really horrible experience. Never returning to this location

Not friendly people and it felt like asking questions bother them. Plus if I asked it was a cold attitude

My salesperson Jenna C. Was extremely helpful and offered suggestions to help me decide on my purchases. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Upon arrival Ayde didn’t introduce her self. Asked what we were looking for. Didn’t offer to look at other Pandora locations for rings purchased. Didn’t make myself or my family meme er aware of ring sizes she just said “here try this one on” didn’t ask if it for loose or tight or given ring size. Didn’t offer other ring styles or add ons. Was willing to spend but not with this sales associate. Over all store was nice and clean others welcomed was appreciated. I didn’t feel I was appreciated as a loyal Pandora customer.

My “salesperson”, Ayde, was one of the most disrespectful people I have ever worked with. I came in to get my broken bracelet fixed, and the entire time, she did not say a word to me other than when she was giving me attitude, would randomly just walk away without telling me why, would talk in Spanish to her coworker so that I didn’t understand what was being said, overall, very unhappy. She was extremely rude and I don’t understand why it takes almost an hour to figure out your computer system to find my order.
