I have never been t one of your stores although I have heard of the brand. I actually had no intention of ever buying anything at any of your stores but then I did. The Sales person, Sharon, was excellent and understood what I was interested in even though I did not see it at a store, I saw it online. I was not only impressed with Sharon but also your jewellery with its warranty and cleaning services.
There was an intense and terrible musty smell in the store. And there was a group of sales personnel all gathered around talking and didn't tend to customers right away.
I think more merchandise are needed in the store. I wait almost 30min to be assisted
I liked the way people treated me. I liked the way they packed my jury I liked the way they claimed my jury everybody was friendly.
The customer service was great. The woman helping me was very knowlegable and was very happy to help. Was very open and honest about the products
The sales associate at this location went above and beyond. Associates usually treat us with a sense of urgency and get you out the door. But we got lucky with someone who took their time and was patient with all out requests!
