Kayden helped us throughout the whole process from selecting the product to packaging. She was really nice. Loved it
I had an issue with a previous purchase as the bracket was flawed. It was replaced without incident.
I needed to see if my gift could be changed as the bracelet was so large. She helped me also look at every charm I could by and explained it well to me. Spaces, safety chain. Etc.
Associates greeted and acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store in a friendly manner. The advisor that stepped forward to help us knew exactly how to help and where to find the product in the back and helped us figure out the ideal sizing for a ring. Despite the busy nature of working retail on a Saturday everyone in store was very open and friendly. Will definitely be back for future gifts etc!

The workers at the store were very helpful with me picking out a necklace. I even asked them about a charm if they thought it would fit and go well with the necklace, and they gave me good insight on it. The service was quick and very polite.
Firstly, the sales associate greeted me immediately and offered to help me find what I was looking for. She also didn’t pressure me and let me take my time making a decision. Overall, she was very nice, helpful, and fast!
