The sales associates were great and were able to get me everything I needed in no time. We were also in a bit of a unique situation, but the manager was great and helped me get everything sorted. Would highly recommend shopping there.
I prefer to go to this location because it’s nearby my place and also the staff is always there to help.
Friendly staff and patient. The store was cleaned according to Covid19 regulations . I enjoyed the personalized experience. I wish they had more sales in store.

The list of products shown to me that were on sale 50%off ,had the prices in American dollars. Which I was not informed about that. This doesn't make sense to me. I was told " oh that's the way they send it to us" . Totally misleading the costumers.
I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora because the sales associate was very patient with me as I was indecisive of what to buy. As well, she was very knowledgable and helped me figure out what suited me the most!
I am younger than most of the clientele at pandora, when I entered the store I was neither acknowledged nor greeted, the two ladies were busy laughing at something. The help I received was quick, and the lady cashing me out did not seem at all interested. Compared to another older lady who came into the store and received a greeting and immediate service, I was ignored...
Upon walking in I noticed the only associate around was helping another customer, totally cool I don't mind waiting at all. However I wasn't greeted, or acknowledged in any way while I waited which is just not the customer service I'd expect from Pandora. The girl that returned from her break got me the product I wanted and I appreciate it.Overall whenever I'm at this Pandora I do not feel appreciated as a customer and consistently receive cold shoulders from associates.
