As alwas I was greeted within moments of entering the store and with a smile. I was helped right away and able to go about my day quickly.
This is the only Pandora store I have ever visited or purchased from and I keep coming back due to the friendliness and response I get from each employee. I own multiple Pandora pieces and will allow my collection to grow with this product.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was busy, but I was helped by a staff member only after a few minutes of being in the store. Great customer service and great products!
The sales associate was absolutely amazing. Everyone in the store was very friendly and made my night so much better. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for thanks to my sales associate.
I had to ask for help. no one came to me as I stood to the counter.
I wanted some assistance on how to expand my bracelet without buying a new one. The associate offered no suggestions except to buy new.
Wanted my wifes 4 bracelets and two necklaces cleaned for the holidays. We were told they have suspended cleaning them until after the holidays.
Prices are really high on merchandise. There isn't a Loyalty Program that I saw, or was told about.
I felt that the associate was nice but not very interested in the customers unless they were 100% certain of their purchase.
