When I walked into the store I was acknowledged and offered assistance. Both associates were knowledgeable about the products and that made my selection easy. After selecting my item I did not feel rushed to complete the transaction and was able to do a bit more browsing. I am pleased with the customer service received at this Pandora location.
okay so walk into store Sale Rep is with a customer looks at me but does not say a word I know exactly what I want so I stand by the rings for 10 min and she still does not acknowledge b/c she talking about Disney charms with the guy. Finally Tashia comes out of the back room. Had I know someone else was there I would have knocked on the office door. Why the Sale Rep didn't call Tashia out from the back is beyond me. I make my purchase come home and this morning I get a notice from you guys that I can get 20% off my order today. So I have to ask myself is this right to get bad service and pay full price
