I came into the Town Center in Kennesaw Pandora location knowing that my current bracelet needed to be broken to get my charms off (I've had the bracelet for nearly 10 years and my graduation owl was stripped, making it impossible for me to rearrange my charms or add new ones). My best friend got me a new bracelet and we went in to have my old one broken and have the charms cleaned and moved. Chynna took care of us and was an absolute ray of sunshine and rock star. We ended up needing to break my second bracelet as well as I had a pave heart charm that was also stripped out and immediately got stuck. She immediately went to grab a brand new, fresh bracelet for me, free of charge, and ensured that my fit was absolutely perfect before we left the store. 10/10 would visit Pandora again and buy through Chynna.

The bracelet that I wanted was not in stock in my size. Some selections were not completely available for purchase in the store. Overall it was still a good experience.

Associate genuinely cared about my style. Helped me find clasps I didn’t know I needed. Listened to my concerns and excited me options. Offered all different price points. Most important not pushy. I felt she genuinely wanted me to what I like dispite the price.
