I love pandora, it is my favorite place to shop at. I love buying their jewelry, i have about 7 of there rings, 2 pair of earrings, 3 necklaces, 4 bracelets, and 25 charms.

I was able to locate a retired item that I haven’t been able to find in my size. The store associate’s assistance helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
I loved the variety of options for charms and bracelets. I wished they had a size that fit for my 2 year old and 4 year old, but with the associates assistance we were able to select a bracelet that best fit them.
It was dark and gloomy inside the store. the sales associate did not seem knowledgeable about the merchandise .
Being a first time customer. I would have loved to be greeted at the door and acknowledged and being told that someone would be with me in a few moments
This was my first time at this location and I am shocked about their customer service. I work at a pandora store myself, and was excited to shop at an outlet. I brought my boss' ring to exchange since its been less than a year and the system said they had one, and I had the receipt. Tracy made a rude remark "your boss works at pandora and doesn't know she has warranty?", which was uncalled for and didn't make any sense, then proceeded to tell me the ring is retired and they probably don't have it. She did not even check for it (the system said and still says they have one). Item number 167735cz-54Then Tracy continued to try to show me their non retired product when she knew I work at a store myself and wanted to shop the outlet product. I felt as though I was bothering and wasting Tracy's time by wanting a warranty service and shop the sale product.My colleagues gave me a list of things they wanted me to look for, unfortunately I was discouraged in really shopping. I have only worked at Pandora for a year and I was excited to see what they had since my boss recommended me go here for their larger selection.I am embarrassed for Pandora about Tracy's attitude and behavior.
Low stock on discontinued and or reasonably price charms
The staff was very friendly,professional,& knowledgeable.Also,the manager Ms.Elsy was very friendly,patient,& always willing to assist me anytime I visit that store.She’s phenomenal, definitely a jewel.
