The person who sold me my bracelet was doing fine. The other ladies working, however, never once stopped complaining loudly about how busy it was, how they needed breaks, how they were going to close early to get their breaks. No one smiled or asked us how we were doing. One woman complained very loudly when we asked to see the trays of the 50% off pieces, saying how stupid and annoying it is when they have to show people those trays. This was my first purchase from Pandora for myself and I did not buy as much as I wanted to because I felt so rushed and like I was an annoyance to the entire staff. I will not return to this location.
Charms are small and dainty not worth the price we paid we will be returning these, but keeping the bracelet which is also little pricey for what it looks like and how thin it is!
I really enjoyed the concept of the charm bracelet and was excited to buy the product . The store had the sizes available and variety of charms. Jannette who helped me was a darling and went out of the way to make the experience a worthwhile
