The store was bright and inviting. I was immediately greeted as I entered the store. Kathy helped me with a warranty claim professionally. I appreciated how she made me feel important and relaxed. I was nervous about how smooth Pandora’s warranty process would go and thanks to Kathy, I learned it was easy. I am so glad that I was assisted her.
The lady that helped me was named Kathy. She was extremely nice and made sure I walked out the store with what I wanted.

The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The selection was ok it could have been better. But overall I was pleased.
Elaina was a great help ! I went in looking for something for a friend & possibly me, and I was more than happy with what I left with for great prices. When I come back I would like to be helped by her!
I asked the associate can they clean my bracelet after spending $176 on a necklace she said they don’t clean because they were busy when I seen someone getting their things cleaned plus I waited in line just like every other customer. She was not friendly at all and just seem like she was trying to get me out the way as if I wasn’t going to spend my money.
One of the items that I wanted to purchase was not available. It was on the website but not in the store. I needed this purchase immediately for a birthday gift. Therefore I had to select a different one and it cost more money.
Workers were very helpful. loved what I picked out. worker knew exactly what size i needed without having to measure. very helpful i will go back
