I came to the store for two charms. I already had the charm bracelet I ordered off line. The sales representative explained to me the bracelet I had wasn’t a Pandora bracelet and the charms will probably come off in the future. I explained to the rep that I brought it from a third party website and she showed me the exact bracelet Pandora had. There was a big difference between the one I purchased from the third party and Pandora’s. I then purchased an actual Pandora bracelet with her and the charm. She was great

I had not been in to a pandora store for over 10 years. My old bracelet was dirty amd too small. The sales associate helped me to pick out a new bracelet and cleaned my old. She gave me suggestions on how to update my bracelets look.

I have been looking for several pieces and they were out of everything. This was my 2nd time in that area trying to find it and they charms I want are specific to that area
There was a ton of people in the store. The store was quite small, and moving around was not very easy. Also the charms were not all on display. I would prefer to look and choose without having to take 20-30 mins of someone’s time. I would say the design of the store would be a little better.
Everything was very nice and clean. They had what I was looking for and more. Really great store and will be back very soon.
Andy was very attentive to our needs. Met us as soon as we walked in the store. I has a problem with a bracket I had purchased earlier at another store but Andiy helped me replace and offered a charm that I have been thinking about purchasing for it. Great experience. Thanks so much Andy.
I have liked Pandora bracelets for a long time. I did not purchase any Pandora for myself. My daughter gave me a bracelet for my birthday. I love it.
