I needed the sales person to be sneaky and quick. I was purchasing a gift for my daughter that was in the store. She was over the top with efficiency and friendliness
The girl was so pleasant, professional, accommodating, I can't say enough good things about her. She is the reason I will return to this store.
Some of the prices for the charms are too high
The entire staff at the Short Hills, NJ location is extremely friendly and helpful. Every time I visit this location I am treated like family. They remember me and I don’t just feel like another customer. They also make great recommendations of products knowing my style and the type of jewelry I enjoy! Even though this location is out of my way and theirs another location closer, I take the extra drive just for them!!! They should all be commended for a job well done… Especially Linda!!!

I purchased a bracelet a few weeks ago. It was the wrong one and it was damaged, I went to the store closest to me and was told to go back to the original store because of stock issues. I called prior to going to insure they had the correct one in stock. After driving 45 min away. The sales associate was confused. Also, I was informed the store did not restock and did not have a selection for my reflection bracelet.
Sales associates were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I was just walking by the store when I saw a bracelet in the window that drew me in. I had to wait a bit at the door because the sales representatives were all busy being the day before Valentines Day.The representative that helped me was so nice and knowledgeable. I purchased two bracelets and two beautiful charms for my Granddaughters for Valentine’s Day and I caught a great sale, but three pieces get one free.
