The sales associate, Raven, did not seem very interested in helping us. She did not want to put the charms on my bracelet like it had been done during previous visits. Upon review of my receipt, noted that I was charged for a wrong charm which was almost double the amount of the charm that I actually got. Will be returning to the store today to attempt to rectify this situation.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I didn't see what I was looking for and my sales associate looked in the cabinet and found the charm I wanted. She was patient as my husband was looking at charms for his bracelet as well.

I went in to the store to exchange some rings—I had initially gotten the wrong size. The sales associate Esperanza was so kind and helpful in assisting me, and she got me set up with the correct sizes. I love my new rings and the new sizes feel much better. I can’t stop looking at them!
