I was satisfy with my experience but I went to the store with high expectations because when i checked for one of the new charms it stated that it was available at the store but when i got there to make the purchase I was told that the item wasn't in stores as yet. Computer info need to be updated so that it won't be misleading. Sad
The store manager was rude, due to the date of the original purchase. I understand that Pandora has a return policy, but to my understanding, the policy was changed to 90 days because of COVID. The manager stated that the return policy was 30 days. I explained that the item was a gift and i could not make it to a store because of Covid and after some verbal exchange, he said ok and walked away. The sales associate Anneleise was very nice though and completed the exchange in a professional manner.
The worker treated us great and was very patient with me on my first time ever going to the store .

The line was outside of the store which was fine because the line wasn’t that long, I ended up being on this short line for over an hour.
