taylor was very helpful i came in to get my bracket clean and ended up leaving with a new charm & ring !! i couldn’t believe it all in the matter of 15mins i will be back soon

I am a frequent customer of Pandora. I spend a lot of money in my local Pandora and my salesperson Taylor E. Is always very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, I know that she will always make my experience at Pandora a pleasant one.

The store was very clean. Associates were very friendly as soon as I walked in. The manager, Taylor helped me and she was super helpful! She gave me her advice and was patient with me as I was trying on rings. She told personal stories and opinions and even continuously showed and told me about her ring collection. She was super nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be going back!

Sales associate was not very knowledgeable & very rude. Love shopping at pandora but visited 2 different stores within a week and customer service was absolutely awful at both

I don’t remember her name but she had dark hair and wore all black. I came in looking for one charm, but she suggested me some other charms so I bought another one! She was very pleasant.

Amara was very nice. I came in thinking of getting an earring and necklace set as a birthday gift , but Amara showed me an even prettier set that was more elegant . Highly recommend, very nice .
