The sales associates were phenomenal, engaging, and knowledgeable! This was my first time back in a store since before the Pandemic and it was certainly worth the personal interaction. I absolutely love my bracelet now with the additions I made, based on the associates recommendations. She took the time to ask the questions to find out what was important to me and what I wanted my bracelet to represent. Toccara did an awesome job!!!!

It not about the employees I think it should be more promotion for the customer that shop a lot I feel if you always spending your money the they should come up with things to accommodate you with almost like a Kroger plus card you get points or pandora money along with the survey it should be more thought out in about the customers
The young lady was awesome very polite asked me if I knew about the Halloween collection and she enlightened me on your new collection that came out. I have a pandora watch I don't like the fact that pandora left the customers high and dry not at least selling batteries for the watches that we paid for. I'm just saying. Over all I love pandora so I will be returning. Thanks 😊
