I enjoy coming to this store to shop because all of the sales associates are very friendly and helpful and I’ve always experienced great customer service at every visit.
I want to say thank you to Chloe who took extra precautions for me to enter the store in the first place. Very limited amount of people- every one was wearing a mask as well!!!Chloe took their time to know exactly what I needed and also showed me new items that was in stock!!! Super helpful and nice the entire time!!! So in love with my purchase! I’ll be back for sure
I was very please on how well they were managing how many people were in the store. As well as everything being so organized and neat. The associate was very friendly and professional!

I think at this point I'm done with Pandora. I think your employees in this management are incompetent. I think for me I have tried a few stores here and the culture is not inviting to minorites. Your manager immediately came to me and said she couldn't do a return from Christmas when my purchase was made a few weeks ago. Bottom line she couldn't wait to tell me no without hearing the story or listening to understand. She tried to blame the associate the associate said she never told her that..then she went on to blame it on her being pregnant! She failed to take ownership and listen with understanding. The managers job should be to resolve issues and not make them! Bottom line is your company is culturally biased & this isn't the 1st time. Let this manager know she should go into interaction with a open mind..and ready to help instead of insulting my intelligence and assume that I would bring a Christmas charm back in April.
A lot of pieces I wanted to purchase were not available, it was late when I arrived but no substitute were offered. I really wanted to purchase 4 charms at $55 each. There was a charmed marked in the case at $35.00 the sales clerk quoted it at $35.00. later saying it's wrong in "our" case. The piece is 75.00 after we decided on the piece. No real apologize was made. I decided not to the purchase the other 3. The association was nice but seemed new, unsure and failed to make me feel valued after the misquoted price.
