so during this time i was looking for something nice for my gf and then brittany was so nice and awesome she helped me look threw so many stuff and options it was just so amazing how helpful she was i ended up getting 2 more rings just cause of her
I was highly satisfied because i have been searching for the perfect ring for a while now. This ring is beautiful and has a heart on it which i love. The worker was also very nice and patient.
I knew I wanted to buy jewelry but I didn't know what kind and the sales associate that helped me stayed with me for a couple of hours whilst I chose various pieces of jewelry to purchase.
Employee was very nice patient and friendly as soon as I walked in I was greeted and was helped right away .
My wait for service was a little longer than expected. There were two sales associates and they both were helping customers when I arrived. I appreciate that those two customers received the same personalized quality of service that I expected and received. Brittany was very knowledgeable and personable. The other sales associate interrupted a couple of times for assistance but Brittany was able to assist her and myself seamlessly.
I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because they had the collection that I wanted to purchase from. Rhiannon also helped me find my ring size because I was unsure. And she made the rest of the visit enjoyable. She also helped another guest that was unsure of their location within the mall.
My sales associate, Hannah, was super helpful and friendly! She was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make my shopping experience wonderful. Her personality was just top tier :)
